Refund Policy: Please note that due to the handmade and bake-to-order nature of our food products, all sales are final. There are no refunds or returns accepted. If for some reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, we would appreciate it if you would kindly notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 888-803-BAKE (2253) within 48 hours of delivery. We will do everything we can to address your concerns.
Order Cut-Off: Orders are processed every Tuesday for freshest delivery possible. Any orders received after 5:00pm Tuesday will be processed the following Tuesday. We make every attempt to ship the same week. If for some reason we need to confirm your order, we will do our best to contact you immediately. All orders received are baked fresh to order, this means that we do not stock cookies, but bake only when we receive orders. Your cookies are baked fresh--always.

Gift Orders: Please transact a separate checkout for each recipient gift order. If you have any questions at all about sending gifts, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 888-803-BAKE (2253) and we will do all we can to ensure your gifts are sent as you wish. We do not include packing lists or any other advertisements with your gift. You can be sure your gifts are packaged and sent in a tasteful and delightful manner.
Warm Weather Shipping: Due to possible delays with the shipping carrier, we are unable to ship baked goods finished with chocolate when temperatures reach 75* F or more. Please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 888-803-BAKE (2253) to inquire about overnight shipping and warm weather packaging. Additional fees will apply.
Shipping: Tip: Shipping cost is the same for one, two and three dozen cookies. To avoid over-handling by the shipping company, we ship packages with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This means that the shipping company will leave the package on premises if there is no one who can receive the package at the shipping address. For this reason, please consider shipping to a work/commercial location or an address where someone can receive the package. If you would like to have a signature for delivery, please indicate your instructions upon checkout. Additional fees may apply. We may contact you to clarify your instructions. Please note: We cannot be responsible for typo errors or incorrect shipping addresses: PLEASE CAREFULLY VERIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or outside of the U.S.
Breakage: Our baked products are fragile. We do our best to ship our products to arrive at your location intact with no breakage. If your products arrive with excessive breakage, please take a photo of the breakage, of the shipping box and send this photo to our attention to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to address the issue. While we cannot be responsible for shipping breakage, we will do everything in our power to investigate the issue with the shipper and report back to you in a timely manner. Please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, we are unable to respond to issues regarding breakage.
Expiration, Storage & Freezing: Cookies are baked fresh and should be consumed soon after delivery. Cookies will remain fresh-tasting in their original packaging or in a sealed container at room temperature and under 75* F for at least 15 days. Cookies may also be frozen in a freezer-safe container for up to one month. Cookies containing chocolate may "bloom" if frozen. Bloomed chocolate takes on a grayish cast due to the cocoa butter separating, however, is still very edible.
Ingredients & Allergy: Each cookie's ingredients are listed on the cookie's shop page. All cookies are baked in a facility that processes wheat, dairy, nuts, treenuts and soy.
